• The swimming class you are enrolling in is conducted by our affiliated freelance partner coach or swim school. It's essential to note that neither these individuals, coaches, entities, nor their representatives are employees of SwimLead, and they do not represent SwimLead in any capacity.

• All fees for trial lessons, as well as the first 4 lessons, should be paid to SwimLead. Payment must be made via bank transfer to our designated Paynow account before the lessons begin. Please note that all fees paid are non-refundable. For future lessons beyond the initial 4, you may make payments directly to the coach in person or to the swim school through methods advised by the appointed coach or swim school.

• Students are required to adhere to the Terms and Conditions of the swimming lessons as specified by the appointed coach or swim school. Please be aware that SwimLead is not involved or bound by these Terms and Conditions set by the appointed coach or swim school in any manner.

• SwimLead will not be held responsible or assume any duty of care towards any party in the event of bodily harm, injury, or any physical detriment that may occur during swimming lessons with the appointed coach or swim school.

• 5. By making the fees payment to SwimLead, all parties involved acknowledge and accept the above Clauses stated in these Terms and Conditions.

IMPORTANT: As a common practice for PRIVATE LESSONS, the lessons will be considered consumed once the coach arrives at your destination to conduct them. If you are unable to attend a lesson, it is recommended to inform the coach at least 1-2 days in advance. In case of inclement weather or other environmental situations or contingencies at your area/residences that hinder swimming lessons, please notify the coach a few hours in advance. For further information on class cancellation and replacement policies, please inquire with the appointed coach to get detailed clarification.
